As a Health Coach I work with you to develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that will create optimum health and wellness for you. 

 

Working with clients either by telephone or in person, Inspired Life Wellness offers a variety of wellness coaching options including one-on-one, pairs and group coaching and workplace wellness programs. 

 

In addition, I offer instruction on building a healthy home environment by teaching about natural remedies and green living using essential oils.

What Is Holistic

 

Holistic means looking at all areas of your life and how they are connected, in particular how this affects your overall health.  Everything affects everything.  Does the stress in your life cause you to overeat?  Are you so worn out and tired you can't exercise?  Do your relationships affect your work?  Are there chemical toxins in your home environment that are compromising your health and wellness?

 

The various parts of your life affect your whole health and striving for better health means looking at a variety of areas in your life.

A Health Coach is a guide on the side.  Much like we hire coaches to train us to improve our tennis or golf games, a Health Coach provides guidance to improve our health and wellness. 


There is a lot of confusion surrounding food, nutrition, health and wellness.  Where do you begin?  How do you find reliable information?  Who will listen to and support you as you walk this path? 


The most reliable person to know what is best for you is you.  Your body knows what works best for it physically, emotionally and mentally.  In part, we all know what we need to do.  Afterall, people are intelligent.  However, there are times when we need someone who will guide us, support us and walk with us.  We may need someone who will help us be accountable and to cheer us on.  We may need someone to help us negotiate what foods work best for our bodies and someone to listen as we strive for balance in all areas of our lives.
